According to him it's the man’s responsibility to provide the protection, and the fact that I have my own means I must have been very promiscuous if I needed to have them on hand. I’m allergic to the pill. FML
Today, when I was trying to break up with my boyfriend, I told him how I needed space and time to think. His response was, "Ok, we're out of condoms anyway." FML
Today, while finally about to make love with my long-term boyfriend, he came from putting a condom on. FML

.. It's not hard to get birth control or especially condoms free. They give those out cuz they don't want you having babies either lol.

That has to be one of the lamest excuses ever. I'm sorry. If you've been monogamous a while, and you have insurance that covers it, try another form of birth control and see what he says. Or offer to buy the condoms or share the cost. Hopefully that will work. If not, he may be gay and in serious denial, he may be straight and not attracted to you, or he could be impotent and afraid to say so.

condoms are free at the health department. I know because I use them all the time to save money with my fiance'. It's a sorry excuse and your boyfriend needs to man up to what's really going on. Probe a little further OP. It might be something medical or he could be bored. Either way, it's something that can be worked on if he really cares for you and is willing to have a serious talk with you.
