Today, my little sister had her second son. She is 31 and she named her sons after her favorite television characters, Sam and Dean Winchester. She has made it her life goal to make sure her husband never finds out. FML

I know twins called Luke and Leia, and another set called Lilly and Lillian. at least Sam and Dean are relatively normal names.

Really, I always wondered if there was a set of twins named Luke and Leia running around somewhere. They are cute names, especially for twins and Luke is a common name.

I named my daughter after my favourite anime character, a girl who loves her father (not literally) and wouldn't ever disappoint him in any way. My wife doesn't know, and I don't intend to say anything about it.

I have a friend who named her first born son after her favorite big brother contestant of that year. I'll take being named after sam or dean winchester any day over a big brother contestant
