It's quite sad that whites are not able to express pride in their roots. It is socially acceptable for minorities to exclaim their pride publicly without repercussions. I say no longer! White Pride! To the mods, I am in no way advocating white supremacy, but showing pride in my roots just as others have the right to do so.

59 could be right. my mom wanted to name me mike but my dad said no I will not be named after her dad.

I'm with #59. Plus, it's possible her memories of her ex are painful and she doesn't want that name to always conjure up that pain. Taking intentional steps to redeem the memories can be very salubrious.

maybe she's so obsessed with him that's she might wait for the kid to grow up and have sex with him!

lol. My mother did the same thing and told me last Christmas. Still denies that he's my real father. FML

Yes, yeesh. It's an onomatopoeia. I wasn't aware that there were correct ways to spell a sound.

37, who said it was spelt incorrectly?

....Very good point. lol I said "yeesh" because it's more polite than the alternative. I don't try to be a complete asshole when I'm being an asshole. I guess I kinda failed at that, huh? lol

#77 - #68 is waaaay down the comments, and is Captain Morgan if the display pic is anything to go by o.o you have a thing for pirates? Don't we all.
OP if it's a nice name and if she hasn't cheated do you care? Unless you knew the guy well, and he was an ass, any negative feelings to a name just because they were together once are immature. Besides you only need to worry if she starts calling him (Name) Junior.
;)

So have a daughter and name her after an ex-girlfriend.
Wait three years. Reveal. Or you can divorce her. Either way.

the ex is the one who got away so she settled for you and named your son after him to remind herself of the mistake she made. therefore, fyl indeed. ;(

I never understand comments that ask such simple questions.
DNA stands for Do Not Ask. As in a question that should be googled rather than asked in public forum. I mean normally I jump at the chance to answer any question even slightly medically related, but seriously bro, that's like a 2 second search on google. you don't even have to read much. it actually takes more time and effort to post the question and check for answers than it does to google such a simple and straightforward question.
