Like why is their life so deeply concentrated on the analysis of grammar. To me ( not trying to hurt anyones feelings), this is just a website. It's done on a ton of websites. This one is just of many. My only issue with it are the people who call others 'stupid/dumb' and cannot even spell the insult right to begin with. That, and I have personally come across a few people who honestly believed they were doing it right, since their teachers never corrected their spelling in real life. Oh, and the infamous rage that is to be had when the ones who cannot spell or use decent grammar get mad when you do not take their arguments/replies seriously. I will agree that this particular guy sounds like an ass but too many women carry the mentality that when they get divorced the man owes them the world. They do the same crap with kids. I know too many guys working several jobs just to be able to survive in poverty and pay support, and too many women who purposely get several baby daddies and live if child support and welfare without even trying to work

Therefore, if husband and wife gets divorced, then he NEEDS to pay child support no matter what. Or, if the husband gets custody of the children, then the wife needs to do it. No matter who's paying it, they need to do it by any means possible, even if it means getting two, three jobs.

My dad is refusing to pay child support. And he's trying to take all my moms money. Kinda runs with both genders.

Hey 65 I know several fathers who have custody and get no support including myself, the court simply doesn't enforce it when the tables are turned. I am in no way against child support, and I agree that becoming a father has responsiblities. It's a two way street tho, and it takes 2 to conceive a child. I was more refering to the mothers that purposely live off support with no effort to work, happy to live off the guy working to death, who never sees his kids because he works to death. Yes it does happen, our system has flaws and more of them work in favor of mothers. only the good fathers discover that tho and usually when they themselves are dealing with a bad mother.

Also I think in cases where the father sees the kid as much as the mother, takes care of them just as much, cases where physical custody could be either parent. Cases where both parents pay for clothes, food, bills, etc that child support should wash out, too often that's not the case tho. Sadly I know a guy who's daughter lives with him full time, through court and everything, and he still pays the mother child support! Things like that quite simply should never happen.

But women get screwed in far worse ways in cases of rape or domestic violence where the perp gets off completely.

I wasn't in anyway disagreeing with you; I was just saying that no matter who the child stays with, whether it be the mother or the father, the other should pay child support no matter what because the child didn't ask to be there, and doesn't deserve any kind of...negativity. I'm not a woman hater, more a hater of the system. I guess it just sucks when you grow up learning about the perfect American justice system and grow up and learn how flawed it is. I agree in most cases that support should go to the parent the child lives with, there are a few cases where custody is equaly split as well as support costs and time etc, becomes harder when they are in school or someone moves. I guess in the end seperation with kids involved makes for some sad sacrifices.
