my gf's self conscious about her body too =/ even tho she's got long brown hair, skinny, with almost ivory skin, although we haven't gotten to sex(don't plan to) I still sometimes wish she wouldn't wear pants all the time(I mean it'd be nice if she wore like shorts or a skirt)
