Well that doesn't change the fact he was doing something that isn't G rated with your sister. Kissing isn't sex either, but it's considered cheating. Just because it isn't sex doesn't mean it is not wrong to do.

I'll say you deserve it, not because he should have done what he did, which was indeed tasteless and wrong, but because, you won, you won your argument, and by the way, on the ticket you get for performing oral sex while driving, it is called 'committing a sex act' it is sex, so your boyfriend kinda obeyed the age old law, the woman is always right, he was just much more twisted in proving you correct.
