Today, my girlfriend got pissed when I told her she needed to brush her teeth more than once a day. I could smell her breath from across the bed. FML

She's probably got something else going on because even brushing once a day, if you do I right, will prevent bad breath. I only brush once a day and my breath doesn't stink. I've even asked my husband if it does and he's told me no. New studies have shown that you only need to brush once a day since it takes plaque 24 hours to harden, but you're still supposed to floss and mouthwash twice.

That's nasty. I don't feel comfortable in my own skin if my breath smells even SLIGHTLY off, I make sure I brush at least twice a day. How anybody could let it get that bad is beyond me.

same here. i normally carry a toothbrush and toothpaste in my bag..as well as several packs of gum in case i start to feel a little gross
