Well the more you do it, the more you'll lose weight, which will in turn make her more attracted to to you, and thus make her wanna have sex with you even more. It's a win win.

You are inferring too much. Based only on the information provided, if he loses too much weight she will feel he doesn't need more exercise and therefore stop having sex with him, or at least reduce the frequency.

Why is this a problem? It's the best exercise you will ever get. Much more rewarding than going to the gym.
