Today, a customer screamed at me, because her iced coffee tasted exactly like coffee, and she hates coffee. Sadly, this isn't even the most insane person I've had to deal with at this job. FML

Today, while working the drive-through, a woman ordered a large coffee with four creams. I handed her the coffee, and she took a sip. She then hurled it at me, screaming, "I said four creams, not five!" and sped off, leaving me drenched in hot coffee. FML

Today, at work, a customer came in and ordered a "Butterbeer Frappuccino." When I said we serve no such thing, she yelled at me for "lying" to her, saying she knew about our "secret menu." She ended up complaining to my manager and demanded that he fire me. FML

Today, at the café I work at, I was yelled at by a woman because the drinks and food she ordered were "taking too long". Before I had the chance to get a word in, she stormed out and said she would never come back. I didn't get the chance to inform her that she hadn't ordered yet. FML

Today, I was yelled at by a customer, who was upset over having waited twenty minutes for a waiter to come take her order. Maybe it would be understandable, if she was sitting in an actual restaurant, and not a serve-yourself coffee house. FML

Today, at work, a customer ordered a caramel latte with no caramel. I made a regular latte after explaining that’s what it was. He got angry and threw it at me. I got fired for insulting his intelligence. FML

I have a feeling op is leaving out some important info, I mean nowadays your morning coffee can be flavored to taste like just about anything, so maybe the customer ordered a special drink that wouldn't taste like normal coffee. On a side note though what so bad about the taste of coffee I always drink it black

As someone who is obsessed with iced coffee, my guess would be that the crazy lady is used to iced coffee with flavored-syrup instead of actual coffee beans. There is a difference in flavor (iced coffee with coffee beans does have a less creamy, more coffee-ish taste. Go figure) but it's kinda bizarre that she'd complain about the coffee taste since even the syrup is still, y'know, coffee flavored.

43-I work in a coffee shop, and all of our iced coffee has coffee beans in it...we can add syrup like caramel or mocha, or shots of flavor, but no matter what you order in it, it still has coffee in it..otherwise it would just be ice, cream, sugar, and flavoring. We do have a frozen coffee drink, but even that has a coffee base in it, so no matter what, it is going to taste like coffee.
