I'm going to make an educated guess and say there's a 99% chance that this man was in a store-owned motorized scooter. I work at a grocery store; you wouldn't believe how many perfectly abled people use those out of sheer laziness.

Lucky you don't work at a fast food place. People pee in the washrooms on the floor like everyday! It was terrible, I had to clean it up. I quit. xD Lol I know you guys don't care... Just sayin'.

Pretty sure my friends had to clean up crap that had been scattered around the entire store, and also partially frozen... FYL still.
