I could see him pushing two or three days with that reason, if he hasn’t sweated at all, especially since it’s better for your skin to go a few days without, but a week seems a little much. Though I do have to admit, I went that long during the quarantine when I had nowhere to be and my depression was running unchecked. Maybe see if there’s more than just his distaste of being wet (which is also one of my reasons for hating showers).
