Are you sure that you did enough trials? Did you randomize your participants and kept variables constant? Have you subjected your research to peer review? But seriously, go see a doctor now.

RollerCoasters do that to me, yet I still go for the rides. JK that sucks. If it's motion sickness, they sell sea bands so you don't need to take meds.(:
