Call the cops and get her forcefully checked into a psych ward. She needs help and clearly is mentally unstable.

tI'm saying this completely seriously; CALL THE POLICE! If she's joking, they'll give her a warning. If she's serious, a paper trail will be started on her. It'd no longer be your problem & they'll force her to get help, most likely a forced 72 hour psych evaluation. This is really the best course of action. Especially if she escalates from harming herself to threatening others, namely you. She could also get into stalking & kidnapping. You never know but going to the police will stop all that in its tracks I hope you both get the help you deserve, OP.
