u no not everyone can shave. some ppl have very coarse hair that is very prickley when grows back n is very uncomfortable. Js.

A somewhat hairy bush is nice. Only when you've got hair trailing down your crack it's gross. Trimmed and shaved areas are gross looking as well.

Douching isn't a good idea. Provided you properly clean yourself in the shower, there is also no need for it.
