Today, I was driving to work when a state trooper rammed into my car from behind, because he was on the cell phone and not paying attention. He gave me a ticket for "Failure to control speed to avoid a crash." FML

All state troopers have dashboard cameras. Take him to court to contest the ticket and use the camera as evidence. They can also match the time on the video to his cell phone records and see that he was on the phone. You'll get out of the ticket and he'll get in trouble.
