Women still get periods when pregnant - at least some definitely do...and even if she isn't one of those women, she is currently preoccupied with the idea that there is a little life growing inside her. Women lose libido when pregnant, just to add that to the mix. So stop whining like a little horny teenage boy, man up, and act like the father you're going to be.
