Agreed, there's a very high likelihood it's not his if the marriage was on the rocks that badly. It could be his though, and it's going to be messy all around. Time for a paternity test and a STD test for certain. He can't **** up the relationship that much worse by asking for it.
if you're in the US make sure you get a paternity test at the hospital. because being married you're currently on the hook whether it's your child or not. I had to go through all kinds of Bs because I was separated about 10 years before we divorced and I had children in those years
