You can get it removed Op. I heard its cost money though.
The same exact thing happened to my boyfriend. It's ****** up that Bayside can't use their logo anymore, but what can we do?
Bayside's logo was boring anyway. YDI OP
Tattoos can be covered with more tattoos.
Who else tried to google "band that changed their logo because of copyright issues"?
Poor bayside :( not fair at all
I am thinking from the business side of things. Why didn't the band trademark this logo years ago when things started getting serious? The Bayside logo now has gone by the wayside, way down south. of the border.
You. Deserved. It.
I bet this is an elaborate April fools prank by Bayside. There are no telecommunications companies in Mexico that have a logo even close to theirs. Satmex and Telmex are the largest And would have any reason to worry about logo confusion by customers. Rest easy 0P, I'm sure you will be fine. But in the future, get tattoos that will mean something for your ENTIRE life, not just one stage of your life. My kid already regrets hers...
Down vote me all you want, but the YDI votes are ahead 2:1
That really sucks, I'm sorry. Tattoos are personal and it still means that band to you. My friend has a tattoo of her favourite band logo on her leg, and people keep pointing out that they split up to her as if it would make a difference haha.
Was it MCR?
My chemical romance isn't the only band that broke up, you know.
Yeah it was actually! :)
Bayside. Just assuming since they announced this today. Lol

But now you have a permanent part of their history, and it doesn't decrease your appreciation for the band. It's not that bad.
26, at least you tried.
