Today, I finally weighed myself after going on a strict diet of only fruits, vegetables, and coffee. I gained weight. FML

no it's not really that. really the only healthy way to lose fat is cardio. anywhere from jump rope to running/ jogging. don't starve yourself and coffee isn't a good thing to have if your serious about it so stop being lazy. :)

Just to clarify. Studies have shown that weightlifting AND cardio are best to look better and kind if lose weight, along with a HEALTHY diet. Example: I bet you know plenty of people who run, use the jump rope, sit ups, and whatever other thing the average person does at the gym to stay in shape , but still have that pudge in the belly or flappy arms. Weightlifting will tone the body, while cardio might drop the weight. You might gain weight but you will look damn better. Just food for thought..

Changing the food you eat don't help if you still eat lots and lots of it Try this, go on a diet of stuff you hate. like brussel sprouts :$
