Today, I finally weighed myself after going on a strict diet of only fruits, vegetables, and coffee. I gained weight. FML

You need to cut out the coffee for one, add some working out for another, and count calories as well. I lost 40 lbs doing that. NO caffeine at all! NONE! Plus, when you eat so few calories, you actually gain weight (water weight) because your body is being starved. You really should talk to a nutritionist or your doctor and find out online how many calories you should be having per day and work from there.

I've also heard that how often and how much you eat each meal affects your weight greatly. I thought considerably smaller, constant meals make you lose weight?
