Today, I actually heard my 14 year old son muse to himself, "If I can drive drunk in Grand Theft Auto, how hard could it be in real life?" FML

just about every teenager I know has been playing M games since they were like 10... I guarantee you 85% of all Call of Duty players are below 18..-_-

dumbass people if the mom wouldve sat down and said u no this aint real. it a videogame don't try this shit then u no what this would be a nonissue. ps op got some talkin to the kid to do instead of posting a fml about it.

and that's why you don't let your kids play grand theft auto.

a 14 yr old shouldn't be playing GTA, man!!!! it has an M rating for a reason. He should be out riding his bike, playing football or some shit. You can't blame the game for what he said. Teach the little booger the difference between reality and entertainment.

why the hell are letting a 14 year old kid play gta

You can drive drunk in GTA?! That's awesome! About your son, have a talk with him about reality and video games. I'm sure he doesn't want to beat hookers, shoot random people/cops or run random people over (not that he can drive). You also said he said it must not be hard, meaning he didn't actually try to do it. You better hope he's making a statement and then he's not thinking of trying it.

why would you let your 14 year old play a game that's rated M for mature which means 17+. it's rated for strong language, strong sexual content, use of drugs and alcohol. Talk about BAD parenting.

so, I played it when I was 9 so don't act so surprised
