Today, I actually heard my 14 year old son muse to himself, "If I can drive drunk in Grand Theft Auto, how hard could it be in real life?" FML

just about every teenager I know has been playing M games since they were like 10... I guarantee you 85% of all Call of Duty players are below 18..-_-

Your kid is a future statistic.

ok..... the key to deciding wether or not a kid should play games such as grand theft auto should rely on how mature he is...... the kid needs to be able to understand that it's a game not real life and that what is except able in a videogame is not necessarily except able in real life. it's a game, it's not relistic. maybe the problem here is that the kid is not mature enough for the game.

acceptable* I'm sorry, that was just too wrong to not correct... O_o

What the hell does the Bible have to do with teaching kids not to drink and drive? I'd like you point out the passage where it says "Thou shalt not imbibe and operate 21st century heavy machinery".

The Other Guys "Where did you learn to drive like that!?!? Grand Theft Auto!!" XD

You deserved it for allowing your 14 year old to play Grand Theft Auto games. Games have ratings for a reason. 14 year olds shouldn't be playing games of that nature.
