Jerry wins again

Today, I failed a basic intelligence test when the mouse trap I was setting up snapped on my thumb. Later, when I checked the trap I saw that the mouse had managed to lick all the bait off the trap without being caught, I have a sore thumb and was outsmarted by a rodent. FML

Now that the mouse has proven its intellectual supremacy, surrender your house and its belongings to your new furry overlords. YDI

Mice are smarter than you'd think. Use chunky peanut butter and wedge one of the chunks onto the bait plate so they have to tug a little. Or use those nasty sticky pads then put the full one in someone you don't like's mailbox. (I'm just kidding about the mailbox. That would be a Federal crime. Put it on their welcome mat instead)

stop whining cry me a river of piss and blood for all I care #66, that movie is epic coolio

Hey all you ******* saying this guy is evil for setting mouse traps in his house shut the hell up! It's a mouse! Would you rather have them making your house diseased and nasty? Damn animal rights activists.

Yes lump all us animal rights activists into one big group and hate us, wonderful. I won't say he shouldn't try to remove the rodent from his home just that there are many many HUMANE alternatives to the cruel 'mouse trap' and the even worse 'sticky paper' traps where the mice can starve to death. The humane traps catch the mouse alive and allow for a painless release somewhere safe. Why not try that?

#72, Do you have any idea how fast mice reproduce? You release that one mouse today, and in no time you'll have several more, coming back to where they know food is located. They'll bring their friends "infectious diseases" with them too. I'm not saying go out and kill animals, but seriously, get some back bone, it's a pest and potentually life threatening - disease, chewing through electrical wire, what makes a mouses life more important than the OP's? I went through the hassel of creating a profile joint to point out your naivetiy.

OMG what the **** is up with all of the "oh my god that mouse is precious shame on you for using inhumane traps." just grow a sack. heres teh cold hard truth. you know how many REAL PEOPLE are murdered every day? I dont see many of you ******* out there protesting against hate crimes and police brutality and other shit like that.. You care more about your precious little diseased ridden rodents than you do humans. pull your whiny snot nosed heads out of your asses and get into the real world. asshats. I HAVE SPOKEN!!!!

Holy shit, #73, thank you for existing. You're one of the most right people I've ever come to hear in this shitfest of a world we call our home.

Don't feel too badly about it; rodents are among the smartest animals. Did you know that rats have meta-cognition?
