Everyone who is saying if you're old to enough to have sex, you're old enough to get your own place. Not true. The average person (in the United States anyway) loses their virginity at 16. But anyway, for your girlfriend--tell her to keep it down. Most girls over exaggerate anyway (not necessarily a bad thing, but every girl I know admits to it), so just tell her to be quiet.
