I have had this problem on and off and have found that there are a good number of natural remedies... Intamacy and communication will help the situation greatly. Tension and small levels of anxiety may make you quicker, but make her slower... causing this type of issue. If you have a day where you know you are going to be intimate, dont touch it. and remember that you should be fully dressed for a good 5-15 minutes. Instincts turn you into a 3 minute man, fight the urge bro.... also for everybody yelling at one or another, it should be about both of them, not just her, and not just him
