ok. this is advice I got for my piercing and waxing in my private parts: wash with antibacterial soap twice a day. soak in a mix of warm water with a bit of salt and the most normal vinegar you find twice a day 10-15 min. use a scrub cream that can maybe help with th acne. good luck!

If it really is acne, and not something more serious, try going vegan. And I know, I know... but I used to have horrible acne as well (not private area tho) two weeks after I went vegan it all cleared up and 8 months in even my scars and pigmentation is gone :) I hope this helps OP

Actually, you can get pimples on your penis. A pimple is just a clogged pore and any pore in your body can become clogged.
