I'd get checked by a doctor, but surprisingly you can get acne on your dick and it's pretty common. Keep it clean, shower a lot, and apply spot tonic if you can. DO NOT POP THEM btw.

Definitely see he doctor- though not just to make sure it's not a STD. There's medication you can get prescribed when you have bad enough acne.

Pimples aren't permanent. But, if he is showing more than one girl, then it could be something else that it permanent. Hopefully he gets it checked and takes care of it accordingly.
