You need to have a chat with your school counsellor. I seriously doubt there's anything you can say to them that they haven't heard or dealt with before. Hygiene issues are usually a symptom of something else. Feeling like you have no control of your life or worse. If you can identify the actual root cause and address it now, you'll have less problems later. Don't let it become your coping/self harm mechanism. I get that everything is horribly difficult and overwhelming when you are 13 but please trust me on this, learning to talk to mental health advisors NOW will save you a lot of pain in the long run. Future you will be massively grateful. 🫂
you're also a 13yo boy... EVERYTHING is about to be oily and covered in pimples. just give it a few weeks before panicking
Glad you recognized it! remember that your future SO doesn't want a dirty guy. They also don't want a stinky guy. So, even being clean needs to be tempered with deodorant. And, don't swim in the smelly goods. That will drive away your desired future SO just as bad as using none.
There's no way you don't deserve that. There's no excuse for not bathing regularly. And if you're this bad now, I can only imagine the future. Ugh, disgusting.
