I watch supernanny a lot and I find it especially funny when its in the US - it just seems more dramatic...no offense to our transatlantic cousins! :0) Maybe your boyf uses those techniques as a coping strategy...I am sure you have your strategies for dealing with him too! :0)

Except when they're acting like a child. If someone is acting like a child, you treat them like a child. I think the boyfriend should get kudos for working with the girlfriend he has and not trolling for someone else. At least it shows the boyfriend cares about the OP.
