Today, my dad came up behind me with a pair of scissors, and pretended to snip away at my hair. I was sure he was joking, so I just sat there and didn't react. Later, I felt the back of my head and looked at my hand. Suffice it to say, I now have a large bald patch on the back of my head. FML

I have a feeling we've started a "correct-and-prove-each-other-wrong" thing. Anyhow, I know that my dad would react similarly if I came home with a new haircolour. You'll find it's rather wise to inform your parents about changes like these.

My highschool teacher got arrested because his wife didn't recognize him when he shaved his beard off. It had been like 20 years since, so I don't blame her.
