Today, I slipped on a plastic bag that my mom, the hoarder, was keeping on the stairs. I fell and sprained my ankle, getting rug burn in the process. Her response? Getting mad at me, putting the bag back on the stairs, then getting another to add to the pile. FML

How do you slip on a plastic bag? Usually when I go down stairs I'm atleast slightly paying attention enough to know if I'm going to step on things, hence why (s)he slipped.. BECAUSE, (s)he wasn't paying attention because they were texting. :D

My mom does that too. She collects all the bags we get from stores and stuffs them into a drawer.

A lot of people do that actually, just in case they need the bags to carry stuff around in. My grandma does it and let me say, it comes in handy.

My mom takes all the plastic bags from the plastic bag recycling bins at the exit/ entrance of a store... She uses them as trash bags.
