Uh, seriously? There are so many things wrong with this: 1. How on earth does he deserve to die just 'cause he might have been a little inattentive? 2. Not only do you apparently think he deserves to die for such a thing, but you believe in it so strongly that you ranted about it for five freakin' blocks?!?! That's the true FML. 3. You consider yourself greatly attentive apparently since you think that he deserves to die for a simple mistake. But not attentive enough to notice the same person - whom you took great interest in not only while he was in the process of almost being hit by a taxi, but also in your main conversation for five blocks - walking right in front of you. 4. And then you hide behind your boyfriend? Are you five? I do that too. Tourists tend to walk REALLY slow across the crosswalks. I tend to make snide little comments too, so it's not like I'm going to say YDI, but I'm not going to say FYL either. Everyone does it once in a while.

Listen, I'm a hater too. Living in NYC...I get annoyed w. tourist too...so yes I would hated on that dude and called him an idiot (I know it's wrong, but I'm being honest here).
