Somehow I think telling them you are a Nazi because you share Hitler's birthday may cause more problems than simply explaining that they are in fact stupid.

People can be ignorant sometimes.. Every time someone asks me about the origin of my last name, they ask if I'm related to Hitler because it's German.. Then I have to explain to them that he's actually not German, but Austrian. :/

It's not that they can't tell the difference between German and Austrian names, it's that a lot of people just assume he's German
