Wouldn't you be something to work towards? Like a source of encouragement? And if someone "overweight" works there, the customers wouldn't see the point of it..

That is so a lawsuit! Take them to court because it is discrimination! I would sue them find a great attorney so you can get some great compensation!

Shouldn't it be the opposite? Shouldn't they want you as some sort of advertisement of how great their establishment is because it's employees are fit? This is going to sound mean but i don't think i would be as impressed by a weight loss center where the employees were overweight

Pretty sure that's discrimination and you could have filed a lawsuit for that... So you're skinny and fit, that doesn't mean you're ill suited and don't know how to perform the job properly.
