Well that is stupid, you could dispute the ticket if you have evidence they were in your spot, like a pictute.

Soo where can he park if his neighbor parked in OP's spot? The FML implies that there is assigned parking or parking designated for apartment numbers, and coming from a person who lived in an apartment complex, those parking lots are small as ell.

Sorry buddy, but taking someones parking spot is alot different than killing someone. Also, where is OP supposed to park when the neighbor takes their spot without starting a neighbor-war by reporting it?

EXACTLY. Op might not have known the neighbor personally or which apartment they were in. He might have even parked in the spot to ask them to move and came back to a ticket. The world may never know! But, depending on the type of situation Op lives in his neighbors might have been scary as hell. I would not tell Skull Dog to move his lifted truck if my life depended on it. You can do one of two things in this situation: 1. Do what Op did, and park in the neighbors parking spot since they wanted to park in his. 2. Do what my mom did and put a tire stop (the kind used to prevent your car from moving) on their wheel so they cannot leave then have their car towed while you laugh.

I parked in my neighbors spot to move heavy stuff into my apartment. she came out yelling and cursing at me threatening to beat me up then tried to pepper spray me... then she called the cops even though i didnt do anything to her. crazy lady is crazy.
