I wouldn't worry. there's plenty of methods for this guy. there's hormone therapy, extension surgeries etc. Besides, it's been proven that a human male only needs a penis length of 3 inches (erect) to A) successfully impregnate a female and B) successfully give a female an ******. He just needs to learn how to use it. If push comes to shove, he could just learn how to give really good head.
