Yes, the difference is that morbidly obese people are rare in most countries. In 'Murica you see them everywhere. I'm sorry but it's not my country that has a Stroke Belt(aka Obesity/Diabetes Belt).

That is so true! And the majority of those people are not even trying, not even making the slightest effort, to help themselves get healthier by dropping those pounds.

Along with countries like, New Zeland, Canada, Ireland, Britian and Germany have very close rates to the U.S. You really have no basis for making any assumptions because you were born in an under developed country and went to one city in a Eastern European country.
