Today, I bought fifteen bags of candy for the trick-or-treaters. I sat outside with a bowl of candy the whole night. Only one person came. FML

Don't feel bad.. I just moved to a new house and didn't realize today was the trick or treat day (never had any where I used to live, and now I live in a development so kids everywhere) .. I grabbed all the candy that I got for myself from my job and put it in a bucket.. those greedy kids took all the good stuff! So if you want, mail some to me =D

at my house every two seconds kids would come over and rang the doorbell. I was having a party, so at one point i told everybody if you hear the doorbell, turn off the lights and hide.that saved me tons of candy. :)

try trunk or treat next year. Park your car at the end of the driveway and hand candy out of the trunk

Why is this an FML? Either return the candy or eat it. Problem solved. YDI for sitting outside the whole time and buying a shit ton of candy.

FML..The same thing happened to us..we bought boxes totaling 150 candy bars..because we usually get anywhere from 70 to 110 trick or treaters...this year we got 10..
