Today, at our wedding, instead of saying "I do", my fiancé paused before saying, "I can't do this", stepped down from the altar and proposed to my maid of honor. When she obviously refused, he ran from the venue bawling. He's not returning my calls. FML

Today, my now ex-fiancé walked out on me on our wedding day. He decided his best female friend, whom he constantly told me not to worry about while we were together, is his "soulmate." Both of them ran away together to god knows where, while I stood there humiliated in front of our family and friends. FML

Today, my uncle was supposed to be the officiant at my wedding but he and my dad teamed up to make a joke about how this was actually my fiancé's funeral. Everyone laughed, except my fiancé. He burst into tears and ran from the altar. We can’t find him and he’s not answering his phone. FML

I just got engaged, so yeah, this is a bit nightmare inducing for me. I doubt my fiancee would make it out of that church alive though if he pulled something like that. Why give OP hell for calling him? If they were getting married then there are likely things that need to be sorted out, since they probably lived together. Hell, I wish I could call my ex and get my Sister's of Battle 40k army back... He likely sold it though...
