hello pearl! yeah that would be pretty depressing to have that happen. I would think after five years they would have a connection.
well that's not a "no" so just plan the whole wedding and tell her you assumed it was a yes
win. i aqree. epicosity :•]
that has to be one of the most embarrassing things ever.
It very well could be because it was in front of other people. I just recently proposed and I was gonna do it at dinner with her family, but changed my mind at the last minute. When I told her my origanal plan afterwards she said it was a good thing i didn't because she wouldn't have been able to handle the pressure. Next time try McDonald's with $200 ring I hear that's popular. lol
that sucks man I'm sorry talk about embarressing
sounds like she owned you pretty hard.
How does she thinks about the whole marriage thing? If she doesn't believe in it, I can see it's hard to say "no" and not knowing what to do with all the people around her, so I guess she chosed to walk slowly out of the restaurant to run home afterwards. She clearly wasn't prepared for it and definitely not thought about marrying. I think she needs some time, maybe she will say yes maybe it stays a no, give her some space. If your relationship with her is stable I shouldn't worry about it much, still sucks she walks out of you in front of your family though.

ouch! thats a mean burn!
Wow I'm so sorry. Have you gotten an explanation? You'd think after 5 1/2 years she'd shout YES.
