Today, I received an e-mail from the girls at work. It was an invite to lunch, but it said, "Lunch today at Camber's, PLEASE don't tell Françoise, I don't think any of us can take any more of her!" I'm Françoise. FML

Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Today, I got an invitation to the "Going away lunch" the company is throwing for me. I didn't know I was leaving. FML
Today, me and my coworkers were making fun of this girl we work with. I drew an ugly but funny picture of her and thought it was fun to email it around the office. I sent it to a coworker named Joann. Or so I thought. I actually sent it to another Joann, who is one of the directors of the company. FML
Today, I work as an executive assistant. My French boss wanted to do business with a big American customer, so he sent her an email suggesting a meeting. He copied me so that I could arrange said meeting. He had written, "Have your ass talk to my ass." FML
Today, I came home for lunch. I saw a sandwich on the table with a note saying, "I hope we can have a healthy new relationship, Love, Carissa." I saw another note from my girlfriend next to it saying, "I hope you enjoy your new relationship with Carissa." Carissa is my new step-mother. FML
Today, during lunch, my coworker offered me her food, claiming she was full. I was still quite hungry, so I accepted it. Halfway through eating the sandwiches, my boss walked in and started interrogating people over who took his lunch. I quickly realized I was the one eating it. FML
Today, it was my co-worker's birthday but she told me not to mention it. Feeling bad for her, I went out to buy her a card, a present, and even a small cake. It turns out that there was actually a party during our lunch break, and I was the only one in our office not invited. FML
Today, after a big presentation, people sent an open invitation to dinner. When I asked which restaurant and what time, I was told that I wasn't invited. I've been here for three years. FML
Today, I told one of my coworkers that she looked really cute today. Later she sent an email to me and cc'd the entire office saying, "It really makes me feel uncomfortable when you say things like that to me. And I shouldn't have to feel that way at work." FML
Today, I found out my two favorite heterosexual female coworkers are cheating on their partners with one another. I kinda wish someone had invited me. FML
Today, I went to my girlfriend's job to surprise her for lunch, her manager said she hasn't worked on a Saturday in two months. FML

yea, not cool what they did, but who knows. you could be really annoying and i wouldn't hesitate to tell people not to invite someone annoying to lunch.

You clearly deserve this one, seeing that your personality is your fault, and people can see that. What they did was wrong, yes, but I'm going to have to guess is that you are the type of person who is consistently annoying and either doesn't realize it or doesn't care. Therefore, as I saw someone else suggest elsewhere, I'm thinking we need a "so what" button. In lieu of that, I'm clicking the "you deserve it" link.

I'm amazed at all the people telling you to show up and be annoying, as if that would be a GREAT way to show them how wrong they are about you. Just give them all their space and use the time to think about the way you act around them. If you find something you need to change, change it. If not, don't. But don't go around acting psycho. That would be completely self-defeating.

WTF, #42. You don't know her, so why must you make her life more ******? Francoise- My social life has been at the very bottom at certain points (such as during 8th grade), but that was totally undeserved.
