Birthday boy
Today, my 17 year-old boyfriend's mother bought him a giraffe onesie. He refused to take it off and insisted on wearing it everywhere we go. We live in Australia and it's our summer now. So far he has passed out 3 times in public because he overheated, but he still won't take it off. FML

Always be yourself- unless you can be a giraffe. Then, always be a giraffe :P (Even if it makes you pass out )

I wish my mom would buy me a giraffe onesie... I wouldn't take it off either!

We're having the hottest summer on record. Bullshit.

I met a bunch of Aussie sailors in Bahrain who promptly got hammered bought women's robes and masks and wore them for several days whenever they were not on duty ...

Okay if he passed out because of it - 3 times!! That is ridiculous! He could get heat stroke - next time, call an ambulance or force him to see a doctor. (I think) :)

I have a panda onesie, with paws, ears and a tail. I love it and if it magically stayed clean I'd wear it all the time. I think you can never be too old for a onesie.

Maybe buy him some Depends to go with his babies outfit? Idk, OP..sounds like you're dating an overgrown 1 yr old.

Wow, I heard on the radio today that Australia hit a record temp of 120 degrees...onesies are cool and all but sounds like some inner child issues.

It was 42 Celsius the other day. We're having record temperatures and bush fires everywhere. Yep, it's pretty bad. Still, we've always got the beach :)

I read this and got confused when I saw "120 degrees", wondering how the news managed to add 75 degrees to the temperature without noticing the error. Then my brain engaged and I realised you were using Fahrenheit, for which I am glad as 120C would have killed us all.

Yeah apparently they've had to raise the temperature limit on the thermal weather charts (you know the one with all teh pretty colours) because the temperature in Aussie has literally gone off the scales in some places. :O

I live in Australia too, so I feel your pain. The heat is terrible, and I've been stuck wearing clothes like shorts and singlets for days. Ouch.
