I deliver pizza as well. The close deliveries are the best. They're usually so thrilled to receive it so quickly, they tip better, you make money on the mileage since it's so close, and you're back at the store in no time to take more deliveries. I'm not going to say I never added my own special ingredients to a pizza, but they were dirtbags who completely deserved it (non-tipping regulars). You were totally in the wrong here. Most of these replies are overreacting though.
