Yeah, uh... A few years back, I hit my head on cement. My boyfriend at the time told me to "stop faking concussion symptoms", and shortly thereafter I woke up in the hospital (also have VasoVagal syncope and can faint, this combined with a second hit cause a bad concussion and I needed stitches). Injuries can be worse than they appear.
