What problem, kicking out the dumb **** that lied to you isn't a problem. A month isn't much of a commitment, so I doubt (due to lack of sex) that they were in the throws of a passionate love affair. He pretty much needs to say, "Don't come back" and no problem. Now sleeping with her would have been the problem. :)
