umm, if it has only been a week, your face is not back to normal. It took me 2 weeks, and I was given anti-inflammatory medication.

it probabaly isnt back to normal. when i had my wisdom teeth pulled it took a few weeks before my face went completely back to normal, you probably just thought it was back to normal because it looks alot better than it did but to someone who hasnt seen you all week wouldnt notice how much better your face looks...so dont worry about it i'm sure he didnt say it to be mean.
