Wisdom teeth removal hurts like a mf and can almost feel worse than the alternative, I can tell you that. Hopefully once the pain fades though you'll feel better. Wishing you a speedy recovery
Don't worry, your new ones will grow back in about three years. In the meantime, enjoy artisanal feeding tubes. I hear they are doing great things with pureed food these days.
If the pains stays the same for more than a week, I would take another appointment with the dentist. Maybe a nerve was damaged.
There are many things in life that we have to do that cause more discomfort for a short time but ultimately lead to a better life. This is just one of those things - 4 wisdom teeth at once is a lot to heal from. And there can be complications. If the pain lasts longer than the dentist told you to expect or is more severe call them and tell them what is happening.
That's normal. The pain will go away after a bit and then the relief kicks in. Oh, and the food thing can't be helped. If you need to eat for comfort, I'd have that looked at too by a professional.
but unlike before surgery, this is going to actually heal up
