I agree with #15; most of the postings on here are minor irritations that everyone deals with. But this - this takes the cake. By far the worst FML I've ever seen. Get the paternity test on the small chance the child is yours. If it is, you can always fight to get custody by showing she isn't a fit mother. If the child isn't yours - get the hell out now. Get a good attorney and drag her ass through hell.

Oh my god that's awful. it's bad enough when your wife cheats on you. but when it's with your brother it really hard because two people that you love hurt you. divorce your wife but work things out with your brother and make sure he does not get with your wife again

Why should he try to make things work with his brother? Just because he's his brother? If it was any other guy on the street, his ass would get kicked. There shouldn't be a 'but its family!" excuse--it takes more than 1 person to cheat.
