Hope the kid is yours! Force a paternity test, if it is yours, divorce your wife and file for custody since your wife is not a suitable rolemodel! If it is your brother's tell your mom!

On the bright side, you're not going to be saddled with a kid, and you have the opportunity to enjoy the single life again while your ex wife and brother have to take care of the bastard child.

I don't understand how she could know for sure it was your brother's. If she just told you she was pregnant she couldn't be that far along. If you two have been trying it seems just as likely its yours even if she has been cheating. Either way FYL for sure and you need a divorce. But I wouldn't count on it not being your kid until a paternity test is done. And as horrible as the situation is, the child doesn't deserve a resentful angry father if it is yours just cause its mom is a *****.
