OP-If this was a one time thing, talk to him and let him know how you feel. If he constantly puts you down to make himself feel better, run now. It will only get worse, and emotional scars last a lot longer than physical. It does not matter if you are 100 lbs or 300 lbs, your boyfriend should not make you feel horrible about yourself.
